The City of Cape Town is continuing with transport infrastructure upgrades along Duinefontein and Govan Mbeki Road. To accommodate construction activities, a temporary partial intersection closure will be in effect at the Duinefontein and Govan Mbeki Road intersection from 5 – 13 November 2026.
